This is our comfortable modernistic 130 square meter apartment! From the bedroom you see trees and flowers. You will be staying in the center of Nørrebro which is a vibrant and beautiful part of the city! Public transport and popular shops are accessible nearby. Please be aware: if you are allergic to cats you should know that there is a cat living in the apartment when it is not rented out. The space We are a family of four and this is our modern artistic five-room-apartment in the ground floor. This is an apartment with high ceilings optimised for a family of 4 at 130 square meters. There is direct access to the beautiful green backyard from the apartment via the staircase connected from the balcony. The backyard is a common area free for anybody to use. Please be aware: if you are allergic to cats you should know that there is a cat living in the apartment when it is not rented out. Guest access Facilities: - three rooms - 2 balconies with direct access to the backyard - 2 small classic old Copenhagen-style bathrooms with shower (see pictures) - fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - high-speed wireless internet - direct access to the backyard from one of the rooms There is one double bed for two persons and one comfortable sofa in the living room. We also have a comfortable fold-out madras for three/four person visits. Other things to note It's a private home and we expect you to take good care of it. Even though you pay a cleaning fee you have to take care of the apartment and show respect to all of our stuff. Its a non-smooking apartment.
