There are 36 m² available for you. The suite is housed in a former Jagdschlössl in the Tiroler Zugspitzarena. From Schlössl you have an amazing view of the Zugspitz massif. The space It cannot be overlooked that the Felsenheim residence is a house steeped in history... It has been there for 300 years, ‘ in Aug‘ but at a respectful distance from the rugged rocks of the Zugspitze massif! This unique view loved it as it was today! How many festivals and tragedies must have played in these walls... how many people have gone in and out here... that is already considerable!! The Felsenheim was and is a place of encounter, a place where you can exchange ideas, relax, meet friends, feel at home... Here you can go on holiday, in one of the most beautiful places in the Alps, in a house full of tradition, in an apartment that is tailored to your individual needs.. Guest access Our children's playroom under the roof beams, a billiard room, bicycle room with bicycles for rent for free, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer in the rock cellar is available to our guests. After a glass of wine on one of our terraces, in the sunbathing lawn or at the bar, you can relax in our small but exclusive spa area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation zone. Breakfast is available on request. With the guest card you receive from us when you arrive, you have free entrance to the outdoor swimming pool in Lermoos. Other things to note Please note that the tourist tax €3 per person/night is still to be paid in the accommodation. For dogs we charge €19 per dog/per day.
