The space The holiday apartment is in a small apartment house in the village Vorderlanersbach - 95 sqm flat + 20 sqm of winter garden - 3 double rooms (with double beds, entrance to the little garden) - fully equipped kitchen (cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, jug kettle, coffee machine (Nespresso and filter machine)) - kitchen and living room are connected - living area with comfortable sofa and TV - heated winter garden with sitting area and stunning view - partly roofed balcony - small garden - 1 bathroom with double sink, bath, shower, toilet - separated toilet - 1 parking places in the garage and 1 a front of the house - ski storage with ski boot dryer (on the floor, shared with residents) - W-Lan Other things to note The basic price per night is in the low season for up to 4 persons, the 5th and 6th person pays extra per night. The price for the additional person is seasonal. The Airbnb system allows only a flat rate for the additional person, so please contact me and I send you the right pricing. In the high season it's a flat rate per night for up to 6 persons. Please note that party groups are not welcomed in our APT. If you want to come to the Zillertal to party hard, please do not book our place. Dog is allowed only if it is agreed in advance - we have special house rules for dogs and we want it to be discussed and agreed before the booking is confirmed. If you don't discuss it with us, we reserve the right to cancel your booking - even on arrival day.
