Small peaceful haven, countryside area with garden, very well maintained above-ground pool, forest and hiking trails. (The pool and part of the garden are shared with our family) 5-minute walk to bus lines. 8 minutes by car from the city center of Périgueux. Access to all amenities on foot, by bus or by car (bakery, supermarket, artisanal area, highway 15 minutes away). It's the countryside with the forest at the gates of the city! The space Bright studio of 33 m2 whose space is optimized and modular with: - 1 alcove bedroom with 1 double bed of 120 and - 1 sofa bed of 140 in the living room. The mattresses are of good quality. Optional: The cheerfully decorated trailer located at the edge of the woods serves as an extra bedroom with 1 foldaway double bed and 1 single bench bed + extra dry toilet. This trailer is not always available in summer, please ask us before booking, and it is never available between mid-September and early June. Baby equipment: We can provide you with a high chair, booster seat, and wooden playpen. - 2000 m2 of wooded garden to accommodate 1 tent maximum in front of the studio or away (note the land is not completely flat), please specify before booking.
