Tiny home in Breitbrunn am Chiemsee

I rent out my beautifully converted construction trailer, which is beautifully located on the outskirts in front of our house. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee (800 m) is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and water lovers. The construction trailer can accommodate 2 people. In front of the construction trailer are a table and chairs for sitting outside. Since we have a cat and three sheep, we cannot allow dogs. Minimum booking is 2 nights. Daily price 42 euros The space The accommodation is a converted construction trailer that is in front of our house. We are located on the outskirts of Breitbrunn. The shower and toilet are in the house and are accessible at all times. The bathroom is also used by the guests of the circus wagon, as on a campsite. The construction trailer is equipped with a double bed 140 x 200 m, a table and a bench, as well as a small cooking area with a refrigerator. There is also storage space for clothes, etc. Dishes, silverware, glasses and pots are available. Towels, duvet covers, blankets and pillows must be brought along or can be booked for 5 euros per person. In the colder months, the construction trailer can be heated with a heater. Since January 2023, I have to charge 1.50 euros per day and overnight stay for the municipality for each guest aged 16 and over. For this, each guest receives a guest card. This allows the use of public bus transport free of charge. The fee must be paid on site. During your stay During your stay, I am either at home or on my cell phone.
