The Ablanu is located on the ground floor. Very cute 45 m² apartment. It has a room with a private Jacuzzi, a living room-kitchen with a sofa and a wood-burning fireplace, a 40" flat-screen TV with HDMI and USB connection, a full bathroom with a hairdryer, independent heating that you can regulate with thermostats and a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. We do not include firewood, you can bring your own or if you prefer, we can offer you a basket of firewood with an additional supplement. The apartment is fully equipped with basic kitchenware and appliances (two-burner glass-ceramic stove, microwave oven with grill, blender, toaster, Italian coffee maker, washing machine, 80-liter under-counter refrigerator with small freezer, cookware, tableware, cutlery, juicer, iron, clothesline, etc.). There is no oven. Bed linens and towels are included. In short, the house is perfectly equipped. The views from the bedroom to the central Asturian massif are impressive and touring the small town is worth it. What more could you want? Guest access The rental is complete, which means it will be exclusively for you. The use of the Jacuzzi and terrace is completely private. Pets are allowed, but we ask that you ask in advance. There is an additional charge of €15 per pet per stay. We also offer a basket of firewood for an extra €8, although you are allowed to bring your own firewood. Bag of charcoal €7. Other things to note Many travelers seek to disconnect completely during their vacation, choosing places away from constant connection. However, there are also those who, for various reasons, need to stay connected. Before you decide to book, there are four important aspects to consider. Consider whether any of these points could be an inconvenience for you: Location in a rural area: You will be in a rural area, surrounded by mountains, ideal for disconnecting. There are no shops or bars in the village. The nearest services are a 6-minute drive away in San Martín de Teverga. It is important to note that the road to the accommodation is 1.5 km paved, narrow and with curves, in the middle of the mountain. It may seem like a remote place, but the beauty of the road and the tranquility of the surroundings will make you feel at home. Enjoy the scenery and peace! Satellite Internet: Being in a mountain area, we do not have access to ADSL or fiber optics. We have a satellite connection, which, although sufficient to surf the internet, read emails and use messaging applications, does not have the same speed that you may be used to in cities. Internet use is limited to a specific amount of data. If you exceed this limit, the speed is reduced (to 256Kbps), but it still works. Please note that using the connection for data-intensive activities such as downloading movies, watching videos, or images is not allowed. To watch movies, the TV has HDMI and USB connection. If you find that the connection is too slow, let me know and I'll see if it's possible to get more data. Telephone coverage: Being in a rural area, coverage for making calls is limited. However, we have wifi so you can communicate through messaging applications. It's common for some guests to go looking for coverage, but most people relax and enjoy the disconnection. If you need to make a call, San Martín de Teverga is just a 6-minute drive away. Authentic rural environment: The house is located in a small village with very few inhabitants, in which an authentic rural environment is maintained, where livestock work is still carried out (cattle, horses, sheep, pigs and poultry). Sometimes, in the morning, you can wake up to the sound of the rooster crowing. It is essential for us that you have this information in advance and that you feel comfortable during your stay.
