Guest access Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. There is secure parking on the premises for a large vehicle. You will receive a remote for easy access. We will always meet you to check you in and will show you around the home. The neighbourhood is safe and secure with easy access to Promenade, Shops, Malls, Restaurants, walks etc. The MyCiti bus route is very close by. Other things to note There is no elevator in this apartment so you will need to step up quite a few stairs. They are wide and easy. This apartment is pet friendly, however not more than one dog is allowed. For all bookings greater than 7 nights, the apartment will be serviced and the linen will be changed during your stay.
