The villa stands on a completely fenced property of approximately 6700 m2 and characterized by olive and fruit trees, dry stone walls and Mediterranean scrub. The rainwater collection tank has been transformed into a small swimming pool of 4 x 4 m, 1.20 m deep which is about 30 meters from the main house. Internal composition: large "open space" living room with dining table for 6, built-in kitchenette with small dishwasher and sofa corner with fireplace and built-in sofa bed (80m * 1.90m); 1 double bedroom (1.60m* 2m) and 1 twin/double bedroom (2 beds of 0.80m* 1.90m) both with exclusive bathroom/shower.
