The real star of the show is the fenced private garden of about 500 square meters, where you can spend pleasant moments relaxing, have lunch in the shade of the veranda, or enjoy summer evenings. This space is particularly popular with families and those traveling with pets. The house, entirely on the ground floor, offers approximately 70 square meters of interior space, with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, and a bathroom with a shower. An outdoor shower and two private parking spaces complete the property. Villa Nettuno can accommodate up to 5 people: four in the bedrooms and a fifth additional bed in the living room, available upon request at the time of booking. Guest access During your stay, you will have the entire house and the large private garden at your disposal, with no rooms to be shared with other guests. THE INTERIOR SPACES Villa Nettuno has approximately 70 square meters of interior space, all on the ground floor, with practical and functional rooms for a beach vacation. The sleeping area includes: - A double bedroom with a queen-size bed for 2 people. - A second bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed. - A full bathroom with a shower. The living area includes: - Living room with dining area. - Kitchen equipped with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, pots, dishes, and cooking utensils. The two bedrooms offer a total of four beds. An additional rollaway bed is available for the fifth guest, to be placed in the living room. This must be specifically requested at the time of booking. There is no sofa bed. The villa has an air conditioner located in the hallway of the sleeping area. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available for the exclusive use of guests. OUTDOOR SPACES The main highlight of Villa Nettuno is the large private garden of approximately 500 square meters, which is fully fenced and reserved for guests. The main veranda, furnished for outdoor dining and lounging, offers a pleasant space for breakfast, family lunches, or summer evenings. The garden allows you to enjoy ample outdoor space and is a particular advantage for those traveling with children or pets. There is also an additional outdoor shower, which is particularly convenient for cooling off and rinsing off sand when returning from the beach. Two cars can be parked on the property. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY Villa Nettuno is located in Lido Pantanagianni, on Via del Mare, in the same area as the other villas managed by Vacanze in Puglia. The property has access from the street and two private parking spaces inside the fenced garden. The sandy beach is about 150 meters away and can be easily reached on foot, without using a car. Other things to note Air conditioning: The villa has only one air conditioner, located in the hallway of the sleeping area. The bedrooms and living room do not have individual air conditioners. Fifth bed: The two bedrooms offer a total of four beds. For the fifth guest, an additional portable bed is available to be set up in the living room. This must be specifically requested at the time of booking. There is no sofa bed. Crib: Available on request for a fee of €50 for the entire stay. Parking: Two private parking spaces are available on the fenced property. Check-in: Guests' arrival is arranged in advance with our team. For added flexibility, the keys can also be handed over via a lockbox, in compliance with the guest identification procedures required by Italian law. There are no surcharges for evening or Sunday arrivals. Linen: The initial supply of sheets and towels is included in the price of the stay. Pets: Small, medium, and large pets are allowed, with a mandatory supplement of €70 per stay for cleaning when pets are present. Guests are responsible for the care of their pets, their behavior, and any damage caused to the property. Garden: The villa has about 500 square meters of private garden, which is fully fenced and for the exclusive use of guests. Beach: Villa Nettuno is about 150 meters from the sandy beaches of Pantanagianni, which are easily reachable on foot. The proximity to the sea makes it easy to return home during the day, even for lunch or a rest. Amenities in the area: Pantanagianni is primarily a seaside resort. Shops and services may have seasonal opening hours, especially in the spring and autumn months. We therefore recommend having a car for shopping and for visiting the surrounding area. Car rental: Upon request, we can arrange a car rental service through one of our partners, with pick-up at Brindisi and Bari airports.
