Our place is close to Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, 30 min north of Salt Lake City, 55 min to Park City and Evanston Wy is 45 min north. Close to restaurants, shopping and dining. You’ll love our property because we have a very picturesque, private park type yard with deer, fish ( koi and gold fish) and frogs. A rope bridge over a running creek and lots of surrounding decks. Also a very unique variety of birds!. Our property is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The space We are in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, very private a comfortable park like yard. Guest access Private room with private bath, also private patio entrance to enjoy the back yard. Area for parking. Access to laundry room close by. During your stay We like to meet our guests upon arrival and show them our home and yard and let them know what they have access to. (Laundry room and where best to park) Sometimes we will meet in passing and check to see if there are any questions or anything they need. Other things to note We are happy to answer and help with any questions or concerns our guests may have.
