"Sardine" Room/Kitchen – Pt Couronne (Rouen)

As residents on site, we are available if necessary and do our best to remain discreet and not disturb you during your stay. Bedroom, with equipped kitchen, and shower room (possibly to be shared with 1 other guest). We are in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the Zenith de Rouen, Insa and 30 minutes from the city center by public transport, which is at the end of the street. The space "Non-smoking" house Guest access An equipped kitchen (fridge, induction stove, microwave, dryer, coffee machine, washing machine, dishes etc...) as well as a shower room + toilet, are available (and to be shared) by guests. During your stay I am a professor of economics and law, available and open to sharing with "others". Other things to note We are 10 minutes (by bus) from the Zénith de Rouen.
