Self contained older style granny flat with separate kitchenette and bathroom, located in leafy backyard of main house. It has a rustic & cottage feel to it. It’s spacious and clean. Has a separate entrance with a space outside GF for a small car. 8 minutes walk to 109 tram, close by ( about 20 minutes walk) are Surrey Hills, Box Hill train stations, Box Hill Hospital and amenities. Just like guest to be aware when you book that this GF has single bed only and no WiFi. Sorry no pets. The space Open space living with a good size living area comes with a single bed and desk. Basic but spacious & clean. No air conditioning or central heating. There’s a portable heater and fan. It can be cold in winter, extra heater can be provided if needed. Bathroom and kitchen not same level as main room so beware when booking. Guest access Separate entrance to granny flat but shares same driveway. Some uneven paving outside GF due to cypress tree’s root so be careful. Key is under mat in front of granny flat door. Other things to note Very quiet location and easy access to transportations.
