About this home: This Home is a Cozy Studio -About 300 Square Feet. -1 Bathroom -1 Full Beds -1 Futons which convert into a bed -Patio with two chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. -The unit has a window Air Conditioner -Kitchen area with Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups & Utensils. Parking: Street Parking is Available in front of the unit. This home is located in a residential area, nice and quiet with plenty of parking. Other things to note: This unit is “Noise Sensitive”. It is Very Important to keep ALL Noise Levels Down. No Running while inside this home or Loud Music as it easily heard by the Neighbors. No events or parties. If you are having some sort of Celebration and need a home where you can Party, Play Music or Make a Lot of Noise, this is NOT the Home for you. F.A.Q’s (Frequently Asked Questions): What We Provide and What you need to bring. WHAT WE PROVIDE: • Wi-Fi • Smart TV to log into your Netflix, Hulu or Amazon account to use • 1 Toilet Paper Rolls to get you started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. • A few paper napkins to get you started, you must provide the rest for the duration of your stay. • Towels to shower (1 per person) • Shampoo and Body Wash • Some cleaning supplies, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Broom and Trash Bags. • Coffee, Creamer, Salt and Pepper. • I’ll Provide you locations of stores to walk and/or drive to upon check-in, it’ll be in the Welcome Folder. WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING: Everything Else not listed above that you would use. -Check-in: Time is 3pm. You can Check-in any time after 3pm or as late as you want, you will have an Access Pin Code to enter. -Early Check-in upon request only. We cannot guarantee it, as sometimes the room may not be ready before 3pm. -Check-out: Time is 10am. No Late Check-out as we must clean the home for same day guests. - We will have a check-out procedure for you in our Welcome Folder. -Cleaning fee: The cleaning fee will automatically be applied into the total amount that you see upon booking. In order to make the reservation you must pay in full, there are no other options. Yes, you can pay "tomorrow" or "next week", but it is likely someone else will book it before you. Guests agree to keep premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken. No Smoking permitted inside the house at all. As well as there own kitchen area and bathroom. Other things to note Guest will enter through private side gate which will have a string or pull chord to unlock. Then guest will be able to access their private and cozy studio through a keyless entry keypad.
