With a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and a dishwasher, the kitchen is comfortably equipped. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. Each of the two bedrooms on the upper floor has an adjoining shower room with toilet. The house has a south terrace accessible from the living room and two parking spaces. Another, identical house is located on the property and is connected to this house by an intermediate building. For both houses there is a cozy sauna. You can park your bikes safely in the lockable garden shed.
