Walled garden: South-west facing with a rustic outdoor dining table, perfect for outside meals. First floor sitting room: A light-filled retreat to unwind with a book or glass of wine. Two stylish bedrooms: Tastefully decorated with calming colours, soft linens and coastal details. - Bedrooms one: King-size (sleeps 2) - Bedroom two: Double and single bed (sleeps 3) Modern bathroom: Clean and contemporary with all essentials provided. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole property, including the private garden. Entry is via a lockbox for flexible, self-service check-in. Please note that neighbour has a right of way across the small courtyard, although in practice this is very rarely used. Other things to note Local tips and welcome pack provided after booking. Please be aware that parking is not on-site but readily available nearby. We have an additional WC and laundry room which is located on the ground floor in the attached extension which is accessed via the back door.
