L'Alphonse is a 3*** rated house. It is ideally located in the Chaume district between the docks with its shops and the wild coast. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs; on the ground floor: 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom/toilet and 1 laundry room with 1 toilet. The house also includes 1 private fenced garden (no shared space) with 1 large wooden deck and 1 garage of 2.80 x 5.40 m. Hosting an animal is possible on request. Linens and towels provided. The space The house is in a quiet area, a 10-minute walk from the port and a 5-minute walk from the wild coast. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed (160 x 200). The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and a mattress installed under the eaves the size of a single bed. When you arrive, the beds will be prepared. On request, a baby bed can be installed in one of the two bedrooms. The living room sofa is convertible into a double bed. Internet connection via fiber optic through the Orange network. The garden is completely fenced. 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Guest access An important advantage in Les Sables d'Olonne: it is possible to park on Rue de l'Alphonse for free or to use the garage. Once the car is parked, everything is within walking distance. On foot, Alphonse is 5 minutes from the wild coast, 10 minutes from the port of La Chaume with its shops, cafes, restaurants, market; 15 minutes from the supervised beach of Paracou and Bassin Dombret. There are many bike paths nearby, bikes can be parked in the garage. Several shops offer bike rentals. Bus stop is 2 minutes walk from Alphonse. From La Chaume, you can easily get to Les Sables Bay by bike, car, on foot and especially by taking the ferryman (3-min crossing of the channel). The ferryman runs all day every day of the year: - in summer from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m. - in September and spring from 7am to 10pm, Friday-Saturday 7am to midnight - the rest of the year from 7am to 8pm, Friday – Saturday 7am to 10pm, 8am to 8pm on Sunday Other things to note A fee of 50 to 55 euro (depending on the length of stay) is applied for cleaning and the supply of linens (sheets, towels, hand towels...).
