Relax and get a way from everyone with this spacious off grid 2+ bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with access to the atv trails. South Branch Lake is less than 5 miles from the camp for swimming, boating and fishing. If you enjoy hiking or mountain biking, you will find miles of old logging roads that head to Mattamiscontis Mountain and beyond. If you are looking to see tourists, then this is not the place for you. The nearest gas station and convenience store is 20 minutes away in the town of Howland. Located in Seboeis Maine with a population of about 30 people, you will not be bothered here. The is an adventure. The camp is powered by solar with a propane generator and has a modern propane cook stove with convection oven and propane frig. You will need to travel about 3 miles on a gravel road to get to the cabin. You will need a vehicle that has some clearance to avoid some areas of the road with rocks. A Subaru or similar vehicle will have no problem. The road to the camp is gated. You will be provided a key to the gate and will be required to keep the gate locked.
