**CONTACT-LESS ACCESS** This is a renovated, 3 bedroom condo within a block of UC Berkeley Campus. Situated on quiet North Side, the condo includes new appliances, TV, and high speed internet. NOTE THERE IS ONLY STREET PARKING (NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY) Zoning Certificate Number: ZCSTR2020-0798 The space THERE IS ONLY STREET PARKING (which you have to move your car every 2 hours). The space is open and well lit. Original hardwood floor and crown molding evident throughout the condo. Spacious kitchen and living room area are separated by a hall-way from the two bedrooms, allowing for privacy between guests. There is also a sizable sun-room that doubles as a third bedroom. Much of the condo is lit with natural light throughout the day. COVID-19 Information: This property abides by Airbnb's Cleaning Guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please reach out if you have any questions. Guest access Guests will have the entire condo available to them, with the exception of one closet in the sun-room area. The building is a four-plex and guests will have one entire unit. Additionally, a garage with a washer and dryer are available for guest use. However, because of its small size, parking is NOT available in the garage. Guests can park on the street. The condo is equipped with internet access and smart flat screen TVs. Basic kitchen and cooking appliances are available for guest use during the stay. To access the washer and dryer, a garage door opener will be provided. Other things to note Parking is NOT available on the property, however parking is available on the street at no cost (note: there may be time restrictions on street parking, pay close attention to signage). We are not responsible for fines or tickets. The space can fit 5 individuals (comfortably) in the bedrooms (2 queen beds, and 1 full/double bed), however the sofa can be extended and offer more sleeping space for another 2 individuals, if required. The pilot light for the heater is SHUT OFF during spring / summer months. If you believe heat may be required during your stay, please let me know, and I will ensure both heaters are in working order upon your arrival. There are TWO flights of stairs leading up to the condo unit. Please consider this if you decide to book a stay. The city of Berkeley prohibits smoking in all units and common areas of multi-housing, which the property is located in. The city of Berkeley also prohibits any loud and unnecessary noise in all residential districts. This applies to noise both within and outside the unit. Noise levels must decrease after 10:00 P.M. Berkeley encourages recycling. The blue bin with a BROWN LID in front of the building is for paper and cardboard and the blue bin with the BLUE LID is for bottles, can, aluminum foil. The green compost bin is for food scraps, plant trimmings and soiled paper. Please note: Without written approval of late check-out, a late check-out fee of $165 will apply to guests departing after the designated check-out time.
