It will offer you three bedrooms, two with 160 cm wide by 200 cm long (queen size) beds and one with 140 cm wide by 190 cm long (Standard double bed). In one of the two bedrooms with the 160 cm beds you will find a small sofa bed on which can be put a real mattress 120 cm wide by 180 cm long that can be suitable for two children or ONLY 1 ADULT on this small double bed. Convenient if you are coming with children. PARTIES OR FESTIVE EVENTS PROHIBITED! Only the people listed on the booking can enter, no one else! Other things to note - NO parties or festive events are allowed in the house or in the garden, it is strictly forbidden. Respect for the premises and the rules is obviously requested. - ONLY the people who have booked and the number of people planned are allowed to enter and sleep in the house, no one else. - The house must be left in the same condition as you found it, namely in very good condition and clean. You will have the opportunity to request housekeeping staff throughout your stay if you wish, the rate can be communicated to you if you wish. - DO NOT SMOKE in the house, you have the terrace if you wish. - REMOVE your shoes at the entrance and DO NOT walk around the house with your shoes (parquet). - You will have six chairs with the garden table DO NOT TAKE the living room chairs to use as a garden chair, they are not made for that. - In winter and also to respect the environment, the heating will be set to 20 degrees, please do not turn it up and turn it off if you open the windows.
