Close to shops, children's park, Canal de l 'Ourcq. The space The house is very clean, quiet, pleasant, with smart decor. You will feel comfortable and will not regret your choice. It will offer you three bedrooms, two with 160 cm wide by 200 cm long (queen size) and one with a bed 140 cm wide by 190 cm long (double bed Standart). In one of the two bedrooms sleeping 160 you will find a small sofa bed on which can be put a real mattress 120cm wide by 180cm long that can be suitable for two children or ONLY 1 ADULT on this small double bed. Convenient if coming with children. PARTIES OR FESTIVE EVENTS NOT ALLOWED! Only the people provided on the reservation can come in no one else! Other things to note -AUCUN party or festive events are not allowed in the home or in the garden, it is strictly forbidden. You are obviously asked to respect the places and the rules. -USEULE people who have booked and the number of people provided are allowed to enter and sleep in the house, no one else. -The house must be left in the same condition as you found it, namely in a very good condition and clean.
