Duplex apartment on the 1st floor that can accommodate 2 to 4 people (2 beds). Located in the heart of the city center of Châteaugiron, a small medieval city. 20 minutes from Rennes. The space On the 1st level, you will find a living room with a sofa bed convertible into a small bed of 130 x 190 (1 person or 2 children), a separate fitted and equipped kitchen, toilet. On the 2nd level is the bedroom and bathroom. (No toilet on this level). ➡️ Access via a miller's ladder (not suitable for babies or young children). Check-in from 3 p.m., check-out no later than 11 a.m. At your disposal: Bed linen and towels. Basic products (coffee, tea, oil, pasta...), Coffee maker, kettle, oven/microwave, washing machine, TV. Guest code Wi-Fi access, board games, books. In the main entrance of the building, under the staircase: room shared with the ground floor apartment. You will find all the cleaning supplies you need.
