LINEN NOT PROVIDED - please see details in below description VENTNOR RISE is a spacious 4 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 8 guests, with a large rear deck, hooded BBQ and outdoor setting. Open plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric stove and microwave, dining, lounge with reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, TV with HDMI input, DVD, ceiling fan. Main bedroom with ensuite, main bathroom with vanity, shower and separate w/c, laundry with front load washing machine.  Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Small TV in one of the single bedrooms. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. Bed configuration - bed 1 - queen, bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - 2 singles, bed 4 - 2 singles. Fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for parking and the boat. garage not for use Port Vincent is the ideal location for fishing, boating and sailing, it also offers a variety of shops, cafe`, take-away & excellent hotel dining facilities.
