B&B Sant'Orsola

It is a spacious and bright room in an apartment, part of a building from the 1950s located in the old town of Sant'Eufemia della Fonte, just outside the center of Brescia. The building has been renovated and is well served by a bakery, various bars and restaurants. The host is available for any information and speaks a little English and French. The space The room overlooks a courtyard shared with the condominiums, offering a quiet and accessible common space for all the inhabitants of the building. Guest access The property offers access to a shared living area, where guests can relax in the dining room, furnished with an upright piano, a sofa and other seating, as well as a table to eat meals prepared in the adjacent equipped kitchen. The living room and kitchen are ideal for small refreshments. In addition, the south side of the house overlooks a courtyard used as a parking lot, offering comfort and convenience to guests. During your stay We are always available to make your stay more pleasant. For any information about the surroundings, such as restaurants and parks, or for travel, just ask. We also offer a shuttle service for a few people and love interacting with guests who want to share their stories. We will do everything possible to assist you with any need. Other things to note We are very close to the CAST Alimenti Cooking School, just 1 km away, offering guests maximum availability for cleaning, comfort and any other needs. The windows of the property overlook the street where the legendary "mille miglia" race takes place every year, and a few meters away is the museum dedicated to this historic race. In Brescia, there is a tourist tax of 1 euro per night per person, which from 07/01/2024 will increase to 2.50 euros, unless exempt. A short walk from the property, the Parco delle Cave has recently been established, destined to become one of the largest city parks in Europe, consisting of several former quarry ponds surrounded by dirt roads, ideal for walks and relaxation. In a few minutes by bus or subway, you can reach the city center, which is worth a visit. In the opposite direction, in 30 minutes by car or 45 minutes by bus, you will find Lake Garda, offering further opportunities for exploration and leisure.
