Cosy Coastal Cottage. 15 min’s walk to BEACH & PUB

- Cute, quirky & CLOSE TO THE COAST! - Sleeps 5 but perfect for couples too - Pets welcome for an extra fee - situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty - 15/20 min’s walk from The White Eagle Pub & Rhoscolyn Beach - 5/10 min’s walk from the Anglesey Coastal Path - 10 min drive to Trearddur Bay - Inc. private garden & parking - Next door to a bar & live music venue (Rhoscolyn Chapel). Please ask if we have an event on during your stay or check the events section on our FB page. The space *We welcome pets for an extra fee. If you only plan on bringing one, you can do this by adding him/her to your online booking by following the instructions. It costs £30 regardless of how long you’re staying. However, if you plan on bringing more than one, please expect to pay £5 extra, per pet (total) whilst you’re with us. Maximum 3 x small/medium sized dogs or x 2 large dogs. NB Although we charge for pets, if you have a black Labrador or similar, please, please be aware of how much hair they drop! Seriously, although they’re beautiful animals it can more than double the cleaning time - so no big or “hairy”dogs upstairs or on the beds ever - and remember to bring covers for the sofas if you think it’ll be difficult to keep them off. Ty Capel (Chapel House) is a pretty sea-side inspired country cottage and part of a larger Grade II listed property. It has gorgeous countryside & garden views, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, sitting room, private outdoor space & kitchen. We've renovated and decorated Ty Capel as though it were our own home - so hope the love and attention to detail shows! Old-fashioned - in a cute way - with a few quirky twists! IMPORTANT! Bedding & towels are provided - however, we do ask guests to strip the beds before departing. Many thanks. IMPORTANT! Hand-soap, washing-up liquid, loo-roll, tea, coffee & sugar etc are all provided. However, those staying longer might need to bring extra supplies. Ordering a supermarket delivery is not a problem - just ask us for the address in advance if required. Please be aware that some tourist attractions, shops, pubs, restaurants & cafes may still not be open or have limited hours due to the effects of the pandemic. If there’s something you particularly want to experience whilst here, we strongly suggest researching it and, wherever possible, booking in advance. IMPORTANT! There are seating areas outside the cottage’s front door exclusively for Ty Capel guests - as well a private garden area to the rear. However, please be aware that we live on site and that there may well be guests in our other rental property too. Saying that, everyone has their own outdoor areas, parking and front door! Basically, we’re here if you need us but keep out of the way as much as possible otherwise. Children & pets must be kept under adult supervision at all times. Guest access You have your own parking spaces for 2 vehicles. Please ask if it’s OK in advance if you plan on coming in more. Also, please let us know in advance if one of your vehicles is a camper van or similar. One is usually fine - 2 usually isn’t. You have a private garden area (next to the entrance gate to the parking area) and more outdoor seating just outside the cottage’s front door & to the front of the chapel. Although we live next door and have another rental on site too - your accommodation has its own front door etc, and everyone else has their own outdoor areas too. Other things to note We have a Septic Tank system; nothing other than poo, pee & paper down the loo! If it gets blocked because of you we'll charge you £100 for the hassle!!! Please don't leave your pets alone in the cottage - and please pick-up after them outside too! Please dispose of any dog-poo in the black bins - and make sure it's bagged-up beforehand! Please don't allow large-dogs upstairs and try to keep them off the furniture too! Bring your own dog-blankets to cover the sofas if you know this is going to be tricky! There's a stair-gate under the stairs if you need it - or just ask us to put it up for you. In most circumstances we ask that you don’t leave your pets alone in the cottage. Please RECYCLE!!!! The boxes are located in the green bin stores down the alleyway between the cottage and the chapel. Please read the labels on the recycling boxes in order that the right stuff goes in the right place! The heating is on a timed system. If you’re too hot/cold please ask us to change the settings for you - don’t attempt it yourself as it puts everything out of kilter for the next guests. Many thanks. No smoking inside but outside is fine. Please remember to put your butts in the bin before departing. There should be an ashtray under the sink. Try to keep the noise down in the early mornings and late evenings! We often have other guests in our smaller property on site - so it's only fair to think of everyone's enjoyment. Thank you!
