The house, where the room is, is in a quiet neighborhood. The room has 1 queen-sized bed for 2 pax and a small child. Two extra mattresses for 4 pax (or 6 for small built) and maybe a child each and another mattress for 1 (and maybe a child). We are limiting our booking that it appears fully-booked after three (3) months. Just send an inquiry. The guests shall cook their meals, from a provided list of ingredients, if desired. See Other things to note for details. The space You will be living in a home environment with neighbors living quietly in a guarded subdivision. There is a space for parking of two small cars, at most, although the subdivision's road fronting the house can be used as well but there are also subdivision rules so please inform the hosts accordingly. Other amenities maybe provided (if available) when asked but maybe with additional fees. Just try asking. Pets are welcome but we will ask for a Php 1000.00 deposit per pet and stay just to be sure that we are dealing with responsible pet owners. There are also dogs in the neighbors and the extension house have nice dogs too. Inform us if you are not comfortable so we can tie them up as they would usually roam around the garden with their leashes attached. The house was hastily purchased initially for an extended family including the owners' parents who experienced a dreadful calamity which they overcame eventually that left the house deserted 10 months or so each year that the owners decided to have the house leased not just for additional income but to have people staying in it. Additional beautification and improvements are still being done now and then. Php 20 daily use will be collected for gas consumption per person. During your stay Family members will be available who may be contacted in the provided contact details in the duration of the stay of the guest/s. They will be staying at the extension house but are also working now and then so just send a message and you will be attended to as soon as possible. Other things to note No alcohol drinking is allowed for the purposes that we are located in a subdivision and excessive consumption might create a disturbance with the neighbors. Three days or more would mean additional cost for the electricity and water usages, thus, there will be Php 150.00 additional per person from the 3rd day henceforth. We shall discuss this thoroughly if desired. A breakfast ingredients list is available for guests to pay and cook (per ingredient can be for 2 persons if not for heavy breakfast, additional cup of rice and egg will be added for 2 persons) which you, as the guest, will cook in the provided cooking utensils and gas range. Cost: 150.00 per menu for a breakfast, if desired. The menu is also applicable for a maximum of 2 days' purchase only (you might want to get a bulk order of the menu example good for 5 days in advance) irregardless of the number of stay days as we will presume that you are already familiar of the places to go in 2 days' time. Just inform us if you need assistance. The GUEST HAS TO COOK BY THEMSELVES. Take note, YOU HAVE TO COOK YOUR BREAKFAST. You may add breakfast/meal in your reservation (if you haven’t yet): * tuna add on products - embutido, sisig or chorizo plus an egg * tuna cuts or any of our other available fish products such as salmon, pompano (the price shall depend on its weight), bangus/milkfish trimmings or half boneless daing cut * available canned goods, if pork/beef meat is preferred. * available oatmeal with/without milk, noodles, pancit canton * If preference is not in our list such as chicken/other fish or hotdogs, bread, champorado etc., inform us ahead of time while the groceries are still open. Free 3in1 coffee (inform ahead if black coffee is preferred), milo/ovaltine chocolate drink or powdered juice, (tea bags if available can be chosen as well) are available but inform us ahead of your choice. You as the guest will cook the meal/ingredients. Cooking and dining utensils are available. We will inform you immediately once the ingredient is not available. However, if you prefer not to cook and would help in the delivery, we will be glad to assist you. Kindly choose your preference such as fish, pork, chicken, beef and vegetables and we will update you immediately for any concerns. Hence, this must be informed to us at least 24 hours before breakfast time to avoid experiencing problems.
