A comfortable place for a budget traveller in Muscat situated in the heart of Muscat 10-15 away from Muscat International Airport some few walking distance mall like the Zhaker Mall, SPAR Grocery, Shell Select Convenience Store gas station, some nice restaurants in Muscat can reach by walk, near to Muscat Expressway and the main highway of Muscat location is so convenient if you have your own rented car or even taxi are readily available outside our place. The space The place are very accessible on some tourist attractions in Muscat like the Royal Opera House, Qurum beach and the Grand Mosque. Space are so comfortable and bed has a memory foam for added comfort of sleep. Guest access The guest can access the common area like the kitchen, living room and the garage to sip some coffee and relax. Other things to note 1. We can recommend a tour guide company and a car rental company to our guest to make your holiday more convenient and memorable one. 2. Please do take note that the cleaning fee paid by guest upon reservation is the payment for the service done prior to check-in. After check-in for more than a week or for long term guest, the guest have the option to request to change bedsheets and towels with additional charges for the laundry fee, since we do send our bedsheets and towels to laundry shop to have a good quality linens to result a good quality sleep.
