It is perfectly situated a 5 minute walk from local shops, 15 minutes drive to the beach and 10 minutes drive from the South Downs National Park, with its spectacular, iconic, coastal & forest walks. Ideal for couples, friends or families seeking a sophisticated home by the sea. We have off road parking for 2 cars and a peaceful and large rear garden with lovely views. The space This is our family home and we will be leaving our belongings in the house. We also have 2 cats and it would be ideal if you could feed them while we are away. They are very low maintenance! We will ensure we leave adequate storage space for clothes and food etc during your stay. You are welcome to use the children's toys and anything in the kitchen. We rebuilt the house ourselves and finished around 4 years ago. The kitchen and living area is unique with beautiful high curved ceilings and floor to ceiling glass. The room is filled with light. There are 2 children's single bedrooms and a family bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another children's single bedroom and the large master with dressing room and en suite. The shower doubles up as a steam room. The master bed is enormous and exceptionally comfortable with luxury bedding. All bedding and towels will be provided. All bedrooms have electric black out blinds. We have state of the art technology throughout the house. Downstairs there is also a cosy snug with large TV. We have Sky, Amazon and Netflix. The garden has plenty of comfy seating and a BBQ. We also have artificial grass and a football goal.
