Maison Ti An Dour: House by the Canal

Located along the Canal de Nantes à Brest, Ti An Dour offers all the comforts to spend pleasant moments. The house is close to all amenities (shops, towpath with direct access through the garden). It consists of a living room with wood-burning stove, TV, sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen overlooking the Canal. Upstairs a bedroom with a double bed, a toilet and a second small attic bedroom. In front of the canal, an enclosed garden with terrace. The space The house includes: On the ground floor a living room with a sofa convertible into a double bed, a television. Some board games are also present. A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... A shower room with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs: two connecting bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other small and attic with two single beds. Please note that this space is not high enough to accommodate an adult. A toilet and sink area upstairs as well. The garden area is accessible from the kitchen and overlooks the Nantes to Brest canal with a swing, barbecue and garden table. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Rental of bed linen and towels: €20 for the duration of your rental. For winter rentals: Electricity charges are not included Guest access Guests can access all parts of the space.
