Olde Carlsbad Beach House

Off-street house in Olde Carlsbad with large yard 1/2 mile from the beach, legoland, one hour from disneyland, and blocks from the downtown Carlsbad Village. Tijuana is one hour south and the Colorado River is three hour east. Bikes, surfboard, boogie boards, ping pong, darts, all here to use. Perfect for family to summer in Southern California. The space My house is on a flag lot. That means that the flagpole is the driveway back to the lot that is the flag. The driveway is about 110 feet long and the lot goes on another 130 feet. So you’re off the street and behind my neighbor. The area was an old avocado grove (Al's Avocado Acres) so I have one of those oversize lots that are common in Olde Carlsbad. Guest access You have access to the whole house. The washer and dryer are in the garage, as well as a vintage car. So although all the beach stuff and bikes are in the garage there's no place to park a car. You won't be able to access the office in the backyard or the shed that is attached behind it. Other things to note I work construction so periodically I need to access supplies from the garage.
