Beautiful artisanal cottage! This atypical place, made with love and creativity, will change your scenery for the time of your stay. Fully equipped, you can enjoy its indoor comfort and a large outdoor terrace with views of the Nivernais Canal. Come and relax for a weekend or enjoy a week's vacation in Burgundy. Located in the heart of the Yonne, close to Auxerre, Chablis, Avallon, Vézelay and Puisayes. To complete your stay, why not a good massage! The space Hidden at the entrance of a wood, the cottage is a place close to nature. It is ideal for 4 adults and 2 children. You can enjoy a living room, an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Senséo...), a bedroom with a double bed, another with a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine. And a cabin bedroom in the mezzanine with a single bed. A nice bathroom with shower and dry toilet. The cottage is not accessible for people with disabilities. Purification is done by plants, you will enjoy a flower garden and a small pond on a large 5000 m² partially fenced plot. Pets may be allowed upon request. In winter, you can enjoy a good wood fire to warm up (wood stove) And for your grills, a charcoal barbecue (only) is at your disposal. Charcoal not provided. To complete your stay and make it even more cocooning, I suggest you enjoy relaxing treatments. Directly in the living room, at the cottage for massages only, Erika comes with everything you need for a relaxing time (treatment table, candle, oil...) Or in the village, at P'tit Salon d'Erika, a small cozy and warm space, where you can enjoy all the treatments offered: Relaxing back or body massages, black soap or Alum salt crystal scrub, facial care with local Beaucharme cosmetic products. The treatment menu is available in the additional photos. Guest access The areas authorized for guests are: 1 the enclosed land 2 the chalet The garage is not allowed. The surroundings of the phyto-purification are not allowed. And we remind our young travelers not to climb or walk on the roof of the cottage! Thank you Other things to note This accommodation is an atypical and unconventional place which means that certain precautions must be taken. 1 - Gray water is filtered by phyto-purification so ecolabel products are required 2 - The toilets are dry so by definition, there is no need to add water. One or two ladles of sawdust is enough :) 3 - in winter the cottage is heated by a wood-burning stove. Electric heating takes over in case of absence. Firewood should not be used for the barbecue.
