The apartment is on the third floor of a 19th century wooden building. The 170m² large 7 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 11 persons. Bathroom and kitchen are shared. The space Central location for a budget price. The deco is minimalist white and makes the space light and cosy. You will have your own private room in a shared flat giving you the privacy you need while having the chance to meet other guests from around the world. Guest access You can access all rooms in the apartment, except the private bedrooms of the other guests. There is also an outdoor smoking area downstairs in the courtyard. + Room: single bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and a desk lamp. Rooms can be securely closed with a lock. + Kitchen: spacious shared kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, 2 large fridges, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. Each room has a dedicated cupboard and your own fridge shelf that you can occupy during the stay. + Living Room: there is a wifi enabled 4K TV. + Bathroom: there are 2 showers, 3 sinks and a washing machine in the washroom and 2 separate toilets. Hairdryer and some toiletries are provided. Other things to note This room is facing the North side and Terbatas Street. We would be very grateful if you cleaned after you've finished using the shared spaces: shower, WC, living room and kitchen.
