The unit is air conditioned with a fan. A laundry service and cleaning service is offered for longer stays once a week at an extra charge. There is a braai area in the garden with table , chairs and an umbrella which is available for your use.This is also the smoking area. The space The unit 48sqm open plan with a recessed bedroom nook ,dressing room and separate bathroom with a large walk in shower suitable for wheelchair users. The kitchen is modern with all the appliances you will need to cook a decent meal.The fridge/deep freeze has a filter water dispenser and ice maker.The stove has a 4 plate gas hob and electric oven. Guest access The vicinity is 7 minutes drive to the Durban Beachfront and Sun Coast Casino and entertainment World depending on traffic at the time of the day. You can walk to Florida Road and Mitchell Park. The area is safe and quiet but I would not recommend walking at night. Security on the property is good.There is parking for one car outside the unit. Arrangements can be made for a second parking. Parking is secure behind a locked gate. There IS CCTV around the property. Other things to note This is not a Party venue and we are considerate of our neighbours who are in close proximity. Visitors will be limited and by prior arrangement. Over night visitors at R300 per night per person and limited to 1 guest paid for upfront for a limited time. There is a small sleeper couch.
