Modern and bright studio flat in quiet area

Comfortable, bright and modern studio flat on the ground floor of a larger detached house with its own entrance and street parking. The leafy area is residential, safe, quiet and charming. Sæter is a ten minute walk away where you can find a host of food shops and cafes. The nearest tram station (Ljabru) is a 800m walk away. Trams go every 5 minutes and take you to the centre of Oslo in 18 minutes with scenic views out over the town. There are also good links to town by bus, train and by t-bane. Other things to note The studio flat can be rented for short and long term stays. All guests will receive a welcome pack on arrival with essentials to get them started including bedding and towels. The apartment is self-catered so long term guests are responsible for buying in what they need (ie. toilet paper and tablets for the washing machine). The flat is cleaned before and after a stay. Equipment is made available for guests should they wish to clean the flat during their stay. If guests wish to pay for regular cleaning then this can also be arranged.
