Secluded lakefront cabin w/5 ac. of land&HOT TUB!

A quaint cabin - secluded on 5 acres of land w/ gorgeous surroundings. Close to town, but far enough away to feel completely relaxed. Hot Tub is back! Bald Eagles, Otter & Deer visit. Canoe, kayak and firepit. Our property does NOT have a swimming area. It is weedy-great for watching wild life,kayaking, canoeing, and if you have your own boat and know how to maneuver in a weedy area or use the nearby boat landing. There is swimming close by & at the sandbar in the middle of the lake The space Our cabin is beautifully designed. It consists of two, loft style bedrooms. One has a double bed and a smart t.v. The other bedroom consists of two twin size beds. The rooms are each open on one side, though there is a door and full closet that separates the two rooms for privacy from one another. Downstairs has a reading room with a loveseat, a dining area, full kitchen and a living room with a full sofa, lounge chair and rocker. Also, there is an extra therapeutic, twin mattress for one extra guest available if needed, please inquire. In the living area, there is another smart t.v. flat screen with Wi-Fi and windows facing the lake. There is a small desk to work at as well. Our cabin is very cozy and nicely decorated. We provide board games, books for children and adults, cards, puzzles. On site are many toys for children ages 3 and older. The yard is spacious and allows for much fun and activity for all ages and for canine friends. There is a firepit in the open yard. The cabin has one full bath with a new shower and toilet. You must be at least 23 years old to rent. Please absolutely no parties. Guest access You will have access to the entire lovely, cozy cabin. It is perfect for five people or less and is very child and dog friendly, though children will need to be watched closely with staircase and outside access. There are five full acres of land for playing, walking and exploring. Other things to note We have a brand new, stronger air conditioning window unit as of end July 2020. Guests are expected to leave the cabin in good condition with dishes done and things wiped down, items picked up and put away etc...Please only dispose of small amounts of toilet paper in the toilet. The septic system is fragile and cannot tolerate anything other than t.p. It is a requirement to shower prior to using the hot tub and to test/add chlorine and chemicals and clean hot tub after each use . Thank you. If left in a condition where we have to have a Service come out to clean the hot tub, you will be charged whatever that fee may be, depending on the condition left No garbage or food can be left outside due to raccoons and bear.
