The apartment is equipped with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Main Bedroom – Queen size bed & en-suite bathroom with a bath & a shower Bedroom 2 – Double bed Bedroom 3 – Two Single beds Guest Bathroom – Shower only The open plan area offers a fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the living area. The dining room table seats 6 people comfortably. Both the lounge and the dining area open up onto a large patio with an array of seating space for those relaxed afternoon sundowners while you gaze at the ocean, there is a charcoal braai for a truly South African experience. Feel the need to catch up on the real world the lounge offers a TV with DSTV (commercial package). There are stairs leading into the unit from the parking area. The complex swimming pool situated in the gardens, is fully fenced and secure for children. There is a lock-up garage for your vehicle. (Only two vehicles allowed, including a trailer). There is 24-Hour security with electronic gate access. Guest access Guest will be able to access unit number 19 Long Island and the communal swimming pool area. There is a beach gate on the property whereby guest can access the short walk between the complex and the beach entrance. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check-in, the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day). Beach Towels are not supplied. In addition we also supply a compact starter pack which includes Tea/Coffee, bottled water, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, soap, moisturiser, a black bag and a dish sponge. Although the apartment is provided on a self-contained basis we would be glad to assist you with any additional services i.e. Daily cleaning as well as Linen and towel changes at an additional charge (24 Hour notice period).
