Nice two-room apartment a stone's throw from the sea, located in the center of Marina di Campo. The apartment is located in a building overlooking the charming marina. Walk along it in the evening when it is all lit up or enjoy an aperitif at sunset in one of the many places on the promenade and you will not regret it! The space The apartment boasts a bright living area with: a sofa, a floor bed and a dining table; a well-stocked kitchen; a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom. Given the centrality of the location and the proximity to clubs and stores, the atmosphere becomes more lively at nightfall. Other things to note The apartment does not have private parking and is in a traffic-restricted zone. Therefore, transit by car is allowed for unloading luggage from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is advisable to arrive within this timeframe in order to easily unload your luggage. After 8 p.m., the ZTL is activated and transit is no longer allowed. There are both free and paid parking lots nearby. Guests are asked to throw away the trash. On the small port of Marina di Campo, near the pier, a stone's throw from the apartment, there are bins for separate collection, which can be opened using the health card.
