From Menaggio the house is reached with a climb of about 7 km, between curves, greenery, and views of Lake Como. As you go up, looking up on the right you can admire the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Breglia, a white church that stands out in the surrounding greenery. Other things to note The house is one of the few houses in Breglia reachable by car, with parking on the property. Ideal place to disconnect and relax. The house is located where there is NO internet connection, you need to move towards the Sanctuary or towards the village a few hundred meters to find the connection....if you really want it! If you don't want to cook, a good Pizzeria with Restaurant and Bar is a few meters from the house. In Breglia there are NO grocery stores, but 2 km away in the village of Calveseglio, there is a well-stocked mini market, with an adjoining Bar, Tobacco and Newspapers.
