Central Garden Flat

A two bedroom ground floor flat, with two attached marble-floor bathrooms, living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a lush green garden only for the use of my guests. The flat is centrally located, close to amenities, stylishly furnished with real paintings, objets d'art and comfortable furniture. Both bedrooms with ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Daily Cleaning is included. The space A spacious two bedroom ground floor flat, two ensuite bathrooms, a well-decorated living/dining room, with a small private garden, centrally located, close to amenities, stylishly furnished. Guest access The guest has sole use of the entire flat and the small garden attached to it. The caretaker comes once a day to make breakfast (not included in the price) and tidy up the place. The living area has a sofa set and side tables for relaxing. A four seater mahogany dining table and chairs are placed in one section. The flat is decorated to a high standard in an eclectic manner. Many of the objects and textiles around the flat have been collected during the owner's travels in and out of India - these provide a constant source of delight for the guest. Similarly, the garden is equipped with a built-in bench and teak-wood camp-chairs for the guest's comfort. Access to the private garden is through the master bedroom which is a spacious light-filled room with a king size bed complete with a thick mattress, bedside tables and lamps, an armoire, a chest of drawers and small writing table. The slightly smaller second bedroom is similarly furnished. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with hot and cold showers and marble floors. A washing machine is found in the garden shed outside. High-end bed-linen and bath towels make the guest's stay a pleasurable one. The kitchen is user-friendly, fully equipped with a microwave, gas cooker, a huge fridge, and steel pots and pans, all of which the guest is welcome to put to good use. The sideboard by the dining table is home to fine bone china crockery and tableware. Also stored here is an inverter which is useful if and when there is a power cut, hardly ever. Other things to note There is a good quality water filter for safe drinking water during the guest's stay.
