Located in a peaceful neighborhood of Skala Sotiros, it offers a breathtaking view of the sunset overlooking the sea, while the Aegean breeze tranquilizes your senses. Our garden is the ideal place to relax by grilling and drinking with your friends and family after a busy day exploring the beauty of this emerald island. The space The ground floor of this seaside duplex house offers 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, balcony as well as yard. The 2 bedrooms can accomodate up to 4 adults and 2 children, making a total of up to 6 guests. Bedroom nr. 1 is equipped with a double bed, a single bed, closet, vanity table with mirror, bedside tables and A/C. Bedroom nr. 2 is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and A/C. The cozy and stylish living room consists of a corner sofa, armchair, coffee table, flat screen TV and A/C. Our modern open plan kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, sandwich toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal. The bathroom is equipped with a single sink, toilet, drawers, mirror and bathtub. The spacious two-sided balcony with table and chairs offers a relaxing view of the Aegean sunset.
