Experience Bear Lake in this cozy authentic pioneer cabin, summer & winter months alike. Cabin located in Fish Haven, ID features beach access. Grassy area next to the cabin ideal for additional tent sites. Additional RV space available upon host acceptance, and additional $50 RV fee per night (see "The Space" details below for more information. (beach access subject to fluctuating lake levels.) The space 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath cabin with full kitchen and living space. Sleeps up to 12 persons (cabin capacity) w/ 1 king bed, 4 queen bed, plus 1 roll-away bed. There is also outdoor space available for additional RV/tents. An additional guest fee is required for groups larger than 12 persons. This additional guest fee is equal to $25 per person, per night. However, the maximum nightly capacity for this property shall not exceed 30 persons, with no more than 12 of those persons occupying the cabin. Guests who arrive with unallocated guests on the property, are subject to additional guest fees being deducted from deposit. Guest access Guests will have full access to the cabin and the surrounding grass area around the cabin. Guests will also have access to the road leading to beach access below the cabin. (lake access subject to fluctuating beach level) Other things to note Please note that an additional fully functional 1/2 bath is located in the outbuilding to the side of the cabin. It features a fully functional toilet, sink, and running water.
