House with sea view, terrace, enclosed garden, door with direct access to the customs trail, 100 meters from the beach of La Source and sea water therapy, the train station is 900 meters away, the port is 1 km away, close to all shops. The space The house has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, the first overlooking the living room with a window overlooking the garden is equipped with a 160/200 bed. In the 2nd you will have a 140/190 bed as well as a baby bed with sea view through the French window. The open-plan kitchen overlooks the dining/living room. There are 2 water points on the ground floor: a bathroom with toilet and a shower room. Upstairs, the bedroom area can accommodate 6 people (with 1 160/200 bed and 4 90/190 beds), it also has a bathroom with toilet. The house is heated with electric heaters. Toiletries (towels) are provided, the beds will be made when you arrive. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher (tablets provided), microwave, electric oven and induction cooktop. Dishes and kitchen utensils are at your disposal. Cooking essentials are at your disposal (salt, pepper,... coffee and filters,...) as well as dishcloths, sponges and household products, toilet paper. The house has two toilets (one upstairs) equipped with a sink. Guest access You have the entire house as well as the garden (enclosed). Other things to note If any reservations are not possible, please send me a message via the Airbnb website, it will sometimes be possible for me to unblock arrival days depending on the requests.
