A unique environment surrounded by trees where you can practice different activities and sports in total connection with nature. The studio has been recently renovated and updated with Nordic and rustic style furniture, designed to achieve a comfortable and magical stay in this privileged environment. It has a bedroom area, equipped with a 135 cm sofa bed, desk and dresser, as well as a living room-viewpoint with a rest area, all with a careful decoration of Nordic airs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has a large sink, shower and washing machine. It has a 2-seater sofa and a small 1-seater sofa that can be converted into a 105 cm bed. The accommodation is suitable for those over 10 years of age. For children under this age, please check with the owner about accommodation conditions and possible extra charges. There is no crib. Guest access The studio is located on the 2nd and top floor within a residential development surrounded by well-kept gardens and lush trees, with paths inside for walking and resting. Access to the loft is only by the building's exterior staircase. It is located in a very quiet area, a few meters from the San Juan swamp, and about 6 km from the village, where all kinds of services are located (food, restaurants and bars, banks, health centers, etc.). Other things to note Check-in time is 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm. Check-in is possible later but may incur a surcharge and is subject to availability by the person receiving the guest. Check-out is between 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. Outside these hours, a supplement may be charged and is also subject to availability. Please check if necessary in any of these cases. There may be poor mobile coverage in the area due to the large amount of vegetation, although this may vary depending on the company and characteristics of the device, but we have 300 Mb WIFI.
