A large balcony with magnificent panoramic views of the Kaiser Mountains invites you to relax. The property is directly adjacent to the wildly romantic Kieferbach with a beautiful swimming area. The location is very central, so all shops, banks and pharmacies as well as the indoor and outdoor pool Innsola with large sauna area are within a few minutes' walk. The train station is also about a 5-minute walk. The cozy apartments are the ideal base for all leisure activities. In winter, skiers, tourers, cross-country skiers and snowshoe hikers will get their money's worth. Many ski resorts and cross-country trails are in the immediate vicinity. Summer offers hikers, bikers and outdoor enthusiasts almost unlimited possibilities. The Kaiser Mountains and the Gießenbach Gorge with its beautiful alpine pastures offer numerous hiking opportunities. Canyoning, rafting, cave hikes, water skiing and llama trekking make adventurers' hearts beat faster. Numerous swimming lakes in and around Kiefersfelden invite you to swim and relax.
