The upper floor offers: the master bedroom with King size bed, en suite bathroom and access to the spacious private terrace with a partial sea view. On this floor there is also a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The whole house is fully equipped and has low consumption electric radiators. The master bedroom also has air conditioning. The property is situated within a short distance from Alcaufar beach with turquoise waters, perfect for an unforgettable summer. Guest access The phole property is being rented. Other things to note The beautiful beach of Alcaufar is just a 3-minute walk away. Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap in each bathroom, a couple of dishwasher tablets, a garbage bag inside each bin, dishwashing detergent, a scourer, and a kitchen cloth. These items are provided for your convenience during the first few days of your stay but are not replenished for the entire duration. Please note that condiments or oil are not included.
