Garden and Pool Apartment (in season)

Cozy and very functional accommodation, furnished and air-conditioned, 2 open rooms, crossing and overlooking a nice private garden of 40 m² on the side of pine forest. Located on the ground floor, adjoining our villa but well separated for everyone's privacy and in a cul-de-sac of a small subdivision. We give access to our swimming pool during the summer season, (hours 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. / 2 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., shared with us owners, with discretion and respect, however Naturism and Burkini are prohibited. The space LISTING COMPOSITION - Lounge/Rest area with sofa and large TV screen - Bedroom area in Mezzanine (Bed 140) or Rapido sofa bed in 160 (of your choice) - Closet storage and dresser drawers - Kitchen area (fully equipped: cooking, fridge, microwave, washing machine ...) - Bathroom/WC - Air conditioning is available - TV -WIFI - Garden area + Deckchairs + Grill available if necessary. Additional Details: We do everything we can for your comfort and well-being, our lovely accommodation is carefully prepared and disinfected before your arrival, we ask you for special care during your stay, the exit cleaning is your responsibility. An ID will be required + a deposit of €500 (for a long stay) or a deposit of €50 in cash when the keys are handed over and will be returned upon your departure after the inventory). If you don't want to do the exit cleaning, let us know and you can opt for the end-of-stay cleaning option. Toilet and bed linen are provided. (Bring your beach towels) The rental is NON-SMOKING. pets are not allowed for the peace and quiet of our neighbors. We provide breakfast in the accommodation, (for your information, the coffee maker is Nespresso brand) Rates (off-season): night at €90/night then high season (with pool access) €100/night.
