To get the big shady trees and quiet area, the location is 5 minutes drive from the main road. The surrounding nature and white squirrels are wonderful. Over 16 guests charge: 700baht per person/night. 2nd floor: - Bedroom 1: twin beds with bathroom ensuite - Bedroom 2: 4 bunk beds (bathroom not connected) 3rd floor: large open space as Bedroom 3 - Double beds (with curtains) - Double bed (with curtains) - 10 available mattresses Location: - inside a quiet resort - 10 minutes drive from Pakchong's town center - suited for people that want to relax under large shady trees. Activities: Pingpong, tennis knockboard, basketball hoop, BBQ, yoga, badminton, mountain bicycles, library, TV and a treehouse for reading-time. Surrounded by the lush greenery, you'll wake up hearing birds chirping and feel energized with the view of the private garden. Watch white squirrels jump from tree to tree. The side of the house is a protected forest that belongs to the King's foundation, they plant a variety of different faunas. Guest access Entire home (3 floors): enjoy the house as if you're staying at a friend's home. Only your group will stay there. Swimming pool (1 min drive): say that you are from Evergreen home (there is a 70 baht fee that we will pay the resort for you) Other things to note ⚠️ Guests must have their own car to get around, 5 mins drive from town's food night market. - The house is over 10 years old. The wooden floors can be a bit squeaky. - The treehouse is a hammock sitting area, some birds have found it as cozy as we have. - Towels, toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and hairdryer are provided. - Best to check-in during the day: the garden is beautiful and you can see white squirrels. Follow the white Evergreen signs to get to the house. - Complimentary Breakfast items for the first arrival: toast, jam, eggs, coffee & tea & hot chocolate will be provided at Check in. - An oven, electric stove, rice cooker, egg boiler , toaster and sandwich maker are available for you. - The driver cottage is 300 baht/night.
