Wombat room at Radcliff Terrace

Guests have exclusive of their large bedroom with a large private ensuite bathroom(Bath, shower-over-bath and toilet). Note that there is no door on the bathroom so it is best suited to travellers who are comfortable with this. Guests also have shared use of the large kitchen, 2 living areas and a private garden and courtyard. South Hobart is renown for its coffee and cafes that are nearby. Laundry facilities are available but not in the evenings. No Breakfast provided except by arrangement. The space I’m always eager to help my guests with planning their Hobart adventures. Guest access Guests are able to check in anytime once the room is ready - usually after midday. Please text if you want to check in before 3pm. Check out is by 10am unless we make other arrangements. During your stay The guest room is part of a house that has other guests. It has a homely and peaceful feel and I am around mid-morning and at dinner time to meet guests and to make sure the house is homely and relaxed. I am very happy to provide information and hear your story if you want to share. Other things to note Guests should not use the washing machine after 8pm as the dryer can take a long time and may disrupt other guests. Car parking is free and easy outside the house
