Description
The apartment, located in the seaside village of Mutriku, is ideal for families with children or couples. It is in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach where you can enjoy 2 seawater pools. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. It has car access to the portal for loading and unloading only. The price includes the use of a closed garage for one car, 100 meters from the apartment, and Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace. The space The house is completely renovated, it consists of three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, a closet and drawers. The second bedroom consists of two single beds of 1.05 cm and 90 cm of the pull-out type and a wardrobe. The third bedroom is equipped with a work area. The rooms are spacious. We have a travel crib for those who come with babies. The living room is equipped with a sofa and TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, juicer, kettle,...). It has a closed parking space for use within 100m. It has a Wi-Fi network. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, but 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the beach on foot. The town's beach is unique for its two seawater pools. Mutriku is part of the Flysh Route, declared a UNESCO protected Geopark. In 40 minutes you can visit San Sebastian and other picturesque villages on the Basque Coast, and less than an hour away you can visit Bilbao and Vitoria. Possibility of activities such as: guided tours to get to know the Flysh, hiking, scuba diving, surfing, horseback riding, museums, etc. MUTRIKU/MOTRICO and its surroundings have a beach in the same town and port as well as two important beaches nearby: Saturrarán 3 km. and Deba 5 km. It boasts an important historic center with countless old houses and palaces, especially the Arrietakua Palace, the residence of the Count of Mutriku, which can be visited. It also has numerous hiking trails in its surroundings, both on coastal routes and towards the inland mountains. It is also part of the Flysch route, which is made up of the Mutriku-Deba-Zumaia coastal area, declared a protected Geopark by UNESCO for offering a view of geological strata that exceed 50 million years in age, and for which guided tours are offered both by sea and by land. Other things to note It's on the third floor with no elevator. There is vehicle access to the gate only for loading and unloading. Please do not rent the apartment to anyone who has a problem accessing it by stairs. Wi-Fi is available. Parking is located 100 meters from the apartment, in a nearby building. The parking is closed, and although it has 2 spaces, you can only use one of them. The parking space is exclusively for your use, but we also use it as a long-term storage area for other items.
