The Little House *Weekly/Monthly Special Rate*

Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax. The space Our little cottage is furnished with a fully functioning kitchen equipped with a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, stove and full size refrigerator. Also a table and chairs for sharing a meal or getting some work done. There is a TV in the living room with internet and fully accessible firestick and available WIFI. There is also an outdoor space to enjoy which includes patio chairs and a full size Weber charcoal grill and grilling tools (bring your own charcoal please). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, along with the patio out front and the surrounding yard. Other things to note We have plenty of local attractions minutes away including a lovely winery, downtown shopping with several cafe's and shops. We are 10 miles from the Indiana state line. The renowned Covered Bridge Festival is located 40 minutes away. Turkey Run State Park is 45 minutes away. We are 30 minutes from Champaign IL and an hour and a half from Indianapolis. Danville also has some really nice state and local parks with hiking, fishing, and biking opportunities.
