Fully equipped kitchen with stone work tops, large freestanding stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, air fryer, slow cooker and Nespresso Vertuo pod coffee machine. Separate TV room with pull out sofa bed. Great for the kids to go watch a movie. Master with WIR and ensuite. Second bedroom with queen bed. Third bedroom has one single bed and bunk beds. Family bathroom with shower, basin, hairdryer. Separate toilet. The family bathroom has direct access from outside the house - perfect for kids coming straight from the beach and into the shower! Equipped laundry with front loader washing machine, iron and ironing board. Clothes airer and outside washing line. Courtyard style garden with undercover al fresco dining and BBQ area plus sunny paved terrace. Garage has been carpeted and has TV, pool table, table tennis table, fussball table, bean bags, board games, books. Pull up the back roller door to open up to outdoor under cover area. House is fully air conditioned and ducted heating throughout. Plenty of off street parking on the long driveway and in front of the house. Fully fenced and front gate. There is also plenty of off street parking and the driveway has a front gate. Other things to note Linen pack can be supplied for $30 per person. If you prefer to BYO, you will need sheets, pillow cases, quilt covers and towels. Pillows and quilts are provided. I do not accept schoolies bookings.
