The space A bright and sunny studio (20 m²) by the water, located in a quiet, green residential area with a park-like atmosphere and lots of water. From the sunny studio – which feels a bit like a houseboat – and even from the bed, you have a direct view over the water. You have your own private entrance via the jetty at the side of the house on the ground floor. Because we live by the water, there is beautiful natural light and sunshine around the house throughout the day. The studio has a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and bath towels are provided. On the terrace there are comfortable lounge sofas where you can relax, enjoy the birds and the water, and linger outside until late in the evening. In the studio you will find a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a refrigerator for your fresh groceries. There is also a TV, a wired internet connection and Wi-Fi. The large storage cupboard contains extra blankets, magazines, books, games, and writing and drawing materials. You will also find a first aid kit and a small sewing kit. Crockery, cutlery and the microwave are also stored in this cupboard. During July and August, the studio can be rented for longer stays on request. Breakfast is included. Between 9 and 11 am we bring a basket with fresh bread rolls and eggs to your door (or the evening before, if you prefer). You can simply place the used dishes back in the basket and leave it by the front door. Guest access You have your own private entrance on the ground floor and a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The entire terrace is available for you to use. Arriving by bicycle? You can park your bike on the jetty. Your car can be parked free of charge in the street. Would you like to stay longer than 7 days? Then we kindly ask you to make a new reservation. Other things to note • Free parking on the street or nearby • No kitchen/stove, but microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle available • Bicycle parking on the jetty by the door • Please return the breakfast basket daily with used dishes to the door (we’ll do the washing up) • Crockery, glasses, cups, and cutlery available in the cupboard • Washing machine & dryer €5 per load (operated by us; you can hand over your laundry) • No pets allowed • 8 km from Amersfoort city center: 15 min by bus or car, 30 min by bike • Price includes breakfast
